The Fleurieu Olive Harvest Open Day, Sun May 7was a big hit with olive lovers from all around

They Learned to pick, plant, prune, press and pickle the olives of the Fleurieu Peninsula, with a host of the best local growers and allied food producers from the region and music!

This was a fun family event, shopping from stall to stall – learning to make and identify extra virgin olive oils, picking your own olives, going on guided walking tours of the property, taking interactive cooking classes or putting the kids on a hay ride and enjoying a glass of wine,  local roast lamb and wood-fired pizzas.

This was a great way for families to get to know the Fleurieu Peninsula.
